- Collaborate with internal product/tech teams and external vendors to align release plans.
- Facilitate release readiness and gate reviews.

  • Stakeholder Management

- Act as the point of coordination between internal stakeholders, the strategic software vendor, and third-party vendors.
- Communicate release scope, timelines, risks, and status clearly to all stakeholders.

  • Risk & Impact Management

- Assess the risk and impact of releases across systems and business functions.
- Ensure rollback and contingency plans are in place for all releases.

  • Process & Governance

- Maintain and improve the release management process.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Document release notes, change requests, and deployment records.

  • Tooling & Automation

- Work with DevOps teams to leverage CI/CD pipelines and automate release workflows.
- Manage or contribute to tools for release tracking, deployment, and reporting.

  • Continuous Improvement

- Gather feedback post-release to identify areas for improvement.

- Drive improvements to increase release reliability and speed while maintaining quality and compliance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in release management, software delivery coordination, project management, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), especially Agile/DevOps environments.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and offshore/onshore delivery teams.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, or other CI/CD platforms.
