[About the role]:

As the
Marketing Coordinator

at Pleiades IoT Innovation Cluster, you will support the implementation of the marketing strategy and provide administration duties where required. Your dual responsibilities will include  marketing and community management, to drive awareness as well as bringing a sense of collaboration to build our vibrant community. 

[Key Roles & Responsibilities]:

Marketing

Support the Marketing Lead to strengthen the Pleiades brand identity, ensuring brand guidelines are met across all marketing channels. 

  • Social Media:

Execute social media strategies to enhance the online presence and engage with the Pleiades audience, including daily social media community management.
- Email Marketing:

Create, test and send all email marketing campaigns, including monthly newsletters and other email communications required.
- Events:

Organization and coordination of external events to promote Pleiades.
- Podcasts:

Liaise with external parties for the development and distribution of podcast activity.
- Website:

Support with general website updates, maintenance and hygiene.
- PR & Publicity:

Creation of press releases and articles for key cluster updates and achievements.
- Creative:

Liaise with graphic designers for the development of marketing related materials
- Market Research: Assist with market research and competitor analysis where required.
- Marketing Admin:

Support with the creation of marketing related presentations.
- Reporting:

Monthly social media and email marketing performance.

Community Management

  • Stakeholder Management:

Facilitate ongoing communications, across internal partners (Uni Systems) and external Members to promote collaboration within the Cluster.
- Workshops & Events:

Support planning and execution of internal events and Member workshops.
- Feedback:

Continuously gather feedback to enhance relationships and processes with members.
- Member Communications:

Ensure Members are kept informed at all times regarding Cluster news and updates through the relevant channels.
