Marketing Coordinator
to join our team.

In this role, you will play a key part in managing day-to-day marketing operations, coordinating with partners, and supporting budgeting and invoicing processes. You will also be responsible for overseeing the production of marketing materials, collaborating with vendors, and ensuring the timely delivery of both print and digital assets. This is a dynamic position that requires strong attention to detail, full awareness of ongoing marketing projects, and close collaboration with all team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials
  • Manage communication with external partners and vendors
  • Track expenses and update budget reports
  • Handle invoices, purchase orders, and vendor documentation
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and collateral
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing team
  • Closely collaborate with the Production, Sales, and Procurement teams
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are met
  • Support reporting on campaign performance and provide feedback for improvements

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
