As our team is constantly growing, we are seeking a talented Marketing Coordinator, who fits the following description:

Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule social media content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc).
  • Support the creation of photo & video content that aligns with the hotel's brand image.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns (paid social ads, Google Ads, email newsletters, remarketing).
  • Plan and coordinate events and activations, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and guest experience goals.
  • Liaise with external partners (PR & social media agencies, influencers, content creators) and ensure brand standards are met.
  • Monitor performance metrics (social media insights, Google Analytics) and suggest optimizations.
  • Help maintain marketing assets (brochures, presentations, brand materials) and update online content (hotel website, booking platforms).
  • Support photo/video shoots and ensure content is delivered across all channels.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media management & trends.
  • Creative mindset with strong visual and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with event coordination and external partner management.
  • Good knowledge of advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and analytics tools.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English (other languages are a plus).
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is an asset.
