Περιγραφή

Κορυφαία εταιρεία μαζικής εστίασης στην Ελλάδα, με εκτεταμένο δίκτυο καταστημάτων και δυναμική παρουσία στον χώρο του food service, αναζητά Marketing Coordinator.

Ο ρόλος στοχεύει στην ενίσχυση της online παρουσίας της εταιρείας και στην υποστήριξη των προωθητικών ενεργειών των φυσικών καταστημάτων, συμβάλλοντας στη συνολική ανάπτυξη του brand.

Καθήκοντα Θέσης

Ως μέλος της ομάδας Marketing, ο/η κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για:

  • Διαχείριση και συνεχή ενημέρωση της εταιρικής ιστοσελίδας (WordPress) με νέο περιεχόμενο, προϊόντα και φωτογραφικό υλικό
  • Παρακολούθηση δεικτών απόδοσης (KPIs) όπως επισκεψιμότητα, conversions και engagement
  • Συνεργασία με influencers και food bloggers για τη δημιουργία digital καμπανιών και προωθητικών ενεργειών
  • Υποστήριξη και συντονισμός προωθητικών ενεργειών στα φυσικά καταστήματα της εταιρείας
  • Επισκέψεις σε καταστήματα για αξιολόγηση branding, βιτρινών και προωθητικού υλικού
  • Διεξαγωγή ερευνών ικανοποίησης πελατών μέσω πλατφορμών όπως SurveyMonkey
  • Δημιουργία και επίβλεψη παραγωγής έντυπου υλικού (μενού, τιμοκατάλογοι, καρτελάκια, αφίσες)
  • Διασφάλιση συνεπούς εταιρικής εικόνας (brand consistency) σε όλα τα κανάλια επικοινωνίας
  • Παρακολούθηση ανταγωνισμού και food market trends, με στόχο την ανανέωση των marketing πρακτικών
  • Συμμετοχή στη δημιουργία corporate υλικού, όπως videos, παρουσιάσεις και επικοινωνιακά projects

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Επαγγελματική εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 2-4 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση marketing ή e-commerce, ιδανικά στον χώρο της εστίασης ή του retail
  • Άριστη γνώση WordPress και βασικών εργαλείων digital marketing (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, newsletters κ.ά.)
  • Εμπειρία στη δημιουργία περιεχομένου και συνεργασία με εξωτερικούς δημιουργικούς συνεργάτες (γραφίστες, φωτογράφους, agencies)
  • Καλή γνώση εργαλείων όπως SurveyMonkey, Canva ή αντίστοιχων
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας, με ικανότητα σύνταξης και μετάφρασης περιεχομένου (π.χ. μενού, προωθητικά κείμενα)
  • Ικανότητα οργάνωσης, multitasking και διαχείρισης πολλών projects με hands-on και δημιουργική προσέγγιση
  • Δυνατότητα μετακινήσεων σε καταστήματα
  • Απαραίτητες συστατικές επιστολές από προηγούμενους εργοδότες
