PR & Marketing Coordinator.

PR & Marketing Coordinator (6028 / PMC / ESS / GR)

Role Profile:

In this role, you will play a key part in managing day-to-day marketing operations, coordinating with partners, and supporting budgeting and invoicing processes. You will also assist in PR activities and event coordination, ensuring brand consistency and smooth execution across all marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the Production Department for the delivery of print marketing materials
  • Manage communication with external partners, vendors, and collaborators
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing team
  • Support PR effort
  • Drafting and distributing press releases and media kits
  • Building and maintaining relationships with journalists and media outlets
  • Monitoring media coverage and preparing related reports
  • Oversee event coordination
  • Planning, organizing, and executing company events (internal and external)
  • Coordinating logistics such as venues, catering, AV setup, and guest lists
  • Supporting company participation in trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions
  • Support reporting on event performance, providing feedback for improvement.
  • Track expenses, manage purchase orders, and assist in budget reporting
  • Maintain and update contact databases, media lists, and project files

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in a marketing, PR, or coordination role
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Canva or Adobe tools is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Background in the field of education or publishing is desired
