About the Role

Square Lime is seeking a
Marketing Executive
with a passion for hospitality, design, and luxury travel. The role supports the marketing operations of a portfolio of boutique hotels and villas across Greece.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update websites, OTAs, and digital content.
  • Curate and organize photo assets and marketing collateral.
  • Create and manage social media calendars, content, and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Coordinate PR activities, media collaborations, and hosted stays.
  • Create presentations, brochures and other collateral.
  • Assist in on-site representation and content trips when needed.

Ideal Profile

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience in hospitality or lifestyle brands.
  • Excellent English and copywriting skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Comfortable with reporting, KPIs, analytics, and interpreting basic digital metrics (social, email, website)
  • Organized, proactive, and digitally savvy.
  • Passionate about travel, design, and emerging marketing trends.
