Marketing Executive

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of the hotel's marketing strategy across digital and offline channels.

  • Manage, monitor and assess the Social Media and Digital Marketing Plans presented by third party partners.

  • Handle email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp, ensuring effective communication with past, present, and prospective guests.

  • Oversee LinkedIn presence, managing B2B and brand awareness strategies as well as post job opening opportunities.

  • Utilize design tools such as Canva to create visually appealing marketing materials.

  • Work closely with PR agencies, influencers, and brand partners to maximize visibility and engagement.

  • Monitor marketing KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and suggest improvements.

  • Assist in coordinating photo and video shoots, ensuring content is aligned with brand identity.

  • Support event planning, activations, and partnership collaborations.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role within the luxury hospitality or lifestyle industry.

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.

  • Experience with marketing tools such as Mailchimp, LinkedIn, Canva, and social media scheduling platforms.

  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in English.

  • Strong visual sense and ability to work with designers, photographers, and videographers.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passion for luxury hospitality, lifestyle branding, and guest experience.
