Located within The Ilisian - the new multidimensional city destination of Athens, this new luxury hotel marks a new chapter in Athenian hospitality offering an unparalleled experience in the city's vibrant cultural and historical center.

We are looking for a dynamic and creative PR & Marketing Executive to support the launch and ongoing promotion of Conrad Athens - The Ilisian. This role will be instrumental in building the hotel's brand presence locally and internationally, managing media relations, and executing marketing initiatives that highlight our unique positioning in the luxury hospitality market.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of the hotel's PR and marketing strategy in line with brand standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international media, influencers, and partners
  • Coordinate press releases, media kits, and storytelling content to promote key hotel milestones, events, and partnerships
  • Manage social media accounts and digital campaigns, ensuring engaging and consistent brand messaging
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional events, press trips, and activations
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, PR coverage, and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams (F&B, Rooms, Spa, etc.) to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives across all outlets
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all marketing collateral reflects the hotel's positioning and identity

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in PR, marketing, or communications, preferably within hospitality, luxury lifestyle, or related industries
  • Strong understanding of media relations, digital marketing, and social media trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Greek is an advantage)
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, pre-opening environment
  • Passion for luxury hospitality and storytelling
