House of Shila is a creative hospitality brand redefining the boutique hotel experience through design, culture, and personal connection. We are seeking a dynamic and driven PR & Communications Manager to help tell our story to the world and expand our presence both locally and internationally.

Job Summary:

The PR & Communications Manager will be responsible for executing of House of Shila's communication strategy across all channels. This role involves managing media relations, overseeing communicative content development, and ensuring consistent, compelling messaging that enhances the brand's visibility and presence. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, this person will play a key role in building meaningful narratives and cultivating strong relationships with media and collaborators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft initial briefs content for brand communications including website, marketing materials, catalogues, social media, press releases, and articles.
  • Identify and engage with new strategic partners
  • Oversee creation of marketing content such as newsletters and flyers, etc.
  • Review and edit internal communications
  • Develop and manage press kits, presentations, and visual assets for brand and hotel publicity.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all press and media inquiries
  • Proactively research and reach out to international media sources

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in PR, communications, marketing, partnerships.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills in English and Greek
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape and digital platforms.
  • Organized, creative, and proactive with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
