Η Anitec A.E., με ηγετική παρουσία στον κλάδο της πτηνοτροφίας και έδρα τη Νέα Αρτάκη Ευβοίας, αναζητά συνεργάτη για να στελεχώσει το τμήμα Marketing και να συμβάλει στη δυναμική ανάπτυξη της εταιρείας.

Ο ρόλος καλύπτει όλο το φάσμα του Marketing: από στρατηγική & branding έως digital marketing, PR, BTL ενέργειες, events και e-commerce. Δεν είναι απλώς μια θέση εκτέλεσης — είναι μια στρατηγική θέση ανάπτυξης, με προοπτική εξέλιξης σε ηγετικό ρόλο και ενεργό συμμετοχή στο μέλλον της εταιρείας.

Τι θα κάνεις

  • Σχεδιασμό & εκτέλεση ολοκληρωμένων Marketing & Communication Strategies (brand marketing, digital, PR, BTL).

  • Διαχείριση Social Media και δημιουργία content σε συνεργασία με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες.

  • Δημιουργία & παρακολούθηση digital καμπανιών (Google Ads, SEO/SEM, Email Marketing, Viber/SMS).

  • PR & Media Relations: σύνταξη δελτίων τύπου, επικοινωνία με ΜΜΕ, media monitoring, crisis comms.

  • BTL & Trade Marketing: ενέργειες στα σημεία πώλησης, activations, προωθητικές ενέργειες, εκθέσεις και events.

  • Διαχείριση & ανάπτυξη B2B site & e-shop (ανανεώσεις προϊόντων, e-catalogues, banners).

  • Συνεργασία με εσωτερικά τμήματα & agencies για ενιαία και αποτελεσματική επικοινωνία.

  • Ανάλυση αποτελεσμάτων (KPIs, ROI) και υλοποίηση προτάσεων βελτιστοποίησης.

  • Συμβολή στη χάραξη στρατηγικής με προτάσεις καινοτομίας και νέες ιδέες.

Τι ζητάμε

Απαραίτητα προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ (Marketing, Επικοινωνίας, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφές).

  • 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας σε θέση Marketing & Επικοινωνίας (ιδανικά σε τρόφιμα, FMCG ή χημικά).

  • Άριστα Αγγλικά (γραπτά/προφορικά).

  • Ικανότητα στη χρήση MS Office και εργαλείων digital marketing (Google Analytics, Meta Business, SEO/SEM).

  • Εμπειρία σε PR & BTL ενέργειες (media relations, in-store activations, trade promotions).

  • Δημιουργικότητα, οργανωτικές ικανότητες και ομαδικό πνεύμα.

Επιθυμητά προσόντα

  • Γνώσεις CRM & Marketing Automation (π.χ. Mailchimp, Yuboto).

  • Δεξιότητες σε Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, Canva, Figma.

  • Εμπειρία με ERP (ιδανικά Softone) και πλατφόρμες e-commerce.

  • Προηγούμενη συνεργασία με PR/BTL agencies και διαχείριση προϋπολογισμών προωθητικών ενεργειών.
