Community Manager

to join its dynamic Marketing team in a full-time position.

: Full-time

Location

: Remote (after training at our central offices in Athens)

Schedule

: 5-day work week (including weekends), evening to night shift

About the Role:

The ideal candidate is confident in managing online conversations, has a strong pulse on social media trends (especially TikTok & Instagram), and knows how to turn community engagement into meaningful brand connections. They are proactive, creative, and passionate about beauty, aesthetics, and digital culture.

Platforms you'll be managing:

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & Facebook

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with our online community across platforms to foster brand loyalty and attract new leads through meaningful digital interactions

  • Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, brand-aligned manner

  • Monitor social sentiment and escalate feedback to the Social Media Manager

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure consistent messaging

  • Skilled in producing concise and insightful statistical reports

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in social media management or community engagement

  • Excellent written communication skills in both Greek & English

  • Familiarity with platform tools and features (IG, TikTok, YouTube, FB)

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

  • A passion for skincare, aesthetics, and wellness is a strong plus
