Κύριες αρμοδιότητες

Ο/Η κάτοχος της θέσης θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την υλοποίηση του στρατηγικού σχεδιασμό του brand TAG Coffee Experts και των συνεργαζόμενων brands, με έμφαση στη συνολική επικοινωνιακή και ψηφιακή του ανάπτυξη.

Αναλυτικά:


• Καθορισμός και διαχείριση της ταυτότητας και εικόνας του brand σε όλα τα επίπεδα επικοινωνίας.


• Υλοποίηση προτάσεων στρατηγικής ανάπτυξης και προβολής.


• Σχεδιασμός, διαμόρφωση και διατήρηση της ψηφιακής παρουσίας της εταιρείας (social media, website, newsletters, online campaigns).


• Δημιουργία και εκτέλεση καμπανιών marketing (τηλεοπτικές, digital, έντυπες, social, site).


• Παρακολούθηση και μέτρηση της απόδοσης όλων των ενεργειών marketing και αξιολόγηση επίτευξης στόχων (KPIs).


• Κατάρτιση και διαχείριση μηνιαίου προϋπολογισμού marketing.


• Καθοδήγηση και επίβλεψη εξωτερικών συνεργατών, διαφημιστικών εταιρειών και παραγωγικών ομάδων.


• Δημιουργία και υλοποίηση ενεργειών δημοσίων σχέσεων, συνεργασιών και εταιρικών εκδηλώσεων.


• Συνεργασία με το δίκτυο συνεργατών και το δίκτυο λιανικής για ενέργειες ανάπτυξης και προβολής του brand.

Απαραίτητα προσόντα


• Πτυχίο Marketing, Επικοινωνίας, Digital Media ή συναφούς αντικειμένου.


• Τουλάχιστον 1-2 έτη εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση marketing.


• Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση social media, digital campaigns και brand communication.


• Εξαιρετική γνώση γραπτού και προφορικού λόγου στην ελληνική και αγγλική γλώσσα.


• Ικανότητα στρατηγικής σκέψης, δημιουργικότητας και ανάληψης πρωτοβουλιών.


• Άριστη γνώση εργαλείων analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, κ.λπ.).


• Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και ομαδικό πνεύμα συνεργασίας.

Επιθυμητά προσόντα


• Εμπειρία στον χώρο του coffee industry ή της εστίασης/food & beverage.


• Γνώση βασικού graphic design ή περιβάλλοντος CMS (WordPress).


• Ικανότητα διαχείρισης project από concept έως υλοποίηση.
