We are seeking a proactive and skilled Social Media assistand to support our Instagram and TikTok influencer marketing campaigns via a specific platform. This freelancer role requires expertise in content creation, community engagement, and campaign monitoring to help drive brand awareness, growth, and engagement. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, communicative, and motivated to collaborate daily on ongoing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying, vetting, and onboarding relevant influencers on Instagram and TikTok through our dedicated platform.
  • Manage influencer communications including outreach emails, follow-ups, and briefing to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
  • Coordinate influencer campaign schedules, content approvals, and timely delivery of posts and UGC.
  • Track, collect, and organize influencer content and performance data to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain ongoing relationship management with influencers to support long-term collaborations.
  • Participate in daily calls to review campaign progress, address issues, and plan next steps.
  • Support the marketing team in optimizing influencer marketing strategies based on data insights.
  • Monitor competitor influencer activities and industry trends to suggest new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in influencer marketing, especially on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a capability for daily collaborative calls.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and tools for campaign management and tracking.
  • Excellent attention to detail for managing multiple influencer relationships simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyze and report on influencer campaign metrics.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a freelance environment.
  • Passions for social media, influencer culture, and brand storytelling.

Work Arrangement

  • Freelance/Remote position with flexible hours accommodating daily campaign update calls.
  • Must commit to a daily call to align on running influencer marketing campaigns.
