Game Production Coordinator

As a Game Production Coordinator you will work directly with the dedicated Game Producer and external developers to assist with day-to-day production tasks and help ensure deliverables stay on track. You'll help monitor development progress and serve as a communication point between development teams and internal stakeholders.
What you'll be doing:
- Assist in coordinating between 3rd party platforms, services and developers
- Help track development milestones and maintain project documentation
- Support developers with scheduling and organizing post-launch content releases
- Assist with updating project roadmaps and content delivery schedules
- Help monitor live game operations and content release processes
- Prepare status reports and updates for the Game Producer and team leads
- Coordinate meetings and facilitate communication between team members
- Help identify and escalate production issues or blockers to the Game Producer
- Maintain project files, documentation, and tracking systems
- Assist with organizing and scheduling development tasks
What you'll need to be successful:
Must haves:
- 2+ years of industry experience in project coordination or production support
- Experience supporting at least one shipped F2P title during development or live operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of game development processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through to completion
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams
- Proficiency with MS Office and Google Docs
Nice to haves:
- Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence preferred
