The Role in a Nutshell

We are seeking an experienced
Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Lead
to join our team. This is a
key role with critical responsibilities
, ensuring platform reliability, scalability, and performance through proactive monitoring, release coordination, and collaboration with DevOps/Infrastructure teams.

Your Day-to-Day

• Maintain and optimize monitoring systems, reviewing historical data for proactive issue detection.
• Conduct performance runs and detailed performance analysis on releases and component load tests.
• Coordinate release processes, ensuring reliability and smooth execution.
• Work closely with DevOps/Infrastructure teams to establish environment health and minimize release risks.

Your Key Strengths

• Experience: 8+ years as a Senior Software Engineer (technology-agnostic).
• Architecture Knowledge: Strong understanding of modern architectures (esp. microservices).
• Skills in Scalability & Performance: Expertise in scalability, performance optimization, and resiliency.
• Version Control: Solid knowledge of Git branching strategies (mandatory).
• Monitoring/Observability: Hands-on exposure to monitoring and observability tools.
• Cloud & Containerization (Plus): Knowledge of cloud, containerization, and Kubernetes.
• ITIL / Support Engineering (Additional Plus).
