Ukrainian Women in Greece is looking for a committed and creative volunteer to help us
amplify the voice of Ukrainian women
displaced by war and now building new lives in Greece.

Role:
PR & Communications Coordinator (Volunteer)

Location:
Remote or Athens, Greece

Commitment:
Approx. 4–6 hours/week (flexible)

About the Role:

This is a
volunteer-based
position ideal for someone passionate about human rights, advocacy, and storytelling. You'll help manage our social media, write newsletters and press releases, and support our international outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the Organization's communication and media strategy
• Develop and promote the Organization's brand and public image
• Monitor and create media-worthy news and events (infoccasions)
• Support press and media relations
• Working with international media, writing press releases and post-release reports
• Coordinate and supervise the design team (presentations, brochures, business cards, templates, etc.)

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong communication skills (written/spoken English)
• Interest in migration, civil society, or non-profit work
• Reliable, proactive, and collaborative
• Previous experience in PR/comms (even as a student or volunteer) is a plus
