We are hiring an Account Manager

Εvery project starts with strategy. We ask 
why
 it matters, who it speaks to, and what it should achieve. Only then do ideas, words, visuals, and productions follow.

We are looking for an 
Account Manager
 who can do more than coordinate. Someone who can translate strategy into action, handle demanding clients with confidence, and connect our strategists, creatives, and production teams. This is a role for people who see both the detail and the bigger picture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow client relationships, keeping trust at the center
  • Translate strategic direction into clear briefs and project steps
  • Oversee campaigns from concept to delivery, across platforms
  • Act as the link between strategy, creative, and production, ensuring alignment at every stage
  • Join production days, representing both client and agency, and ensure the work reflects the strategy and the brief
  • Monitor budgets, usage rights, and deliverables with a business mindset

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a communications, advertising, or production agency, directly handling clients and projects
  • A consistent track record in account management, not fragmented short-term roles
  • Strong understanding of integrated campaigns and audiovisual production processes
  • Experience with corporate, institutional, or socially-driven clients
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Greek and English
  • Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize under pressure
  • A genuine interest in strategy, creativity, and contemporary corporate storytelling
