About the Role
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant / Researcher (with at least 1-2 years of prior Human Resources related experience) to join our office based in Marousi. In addition to standard office administrative duties, the Administrative Assistant / Researcher will participate in the support of commercial activities and in the execution of various executive search assignments.
Responsibilities
- Collecting internal and external information for external research
- Preparing & attending assignment launch meetings
- Researching target companies
- Identifying and approaching prospective candidates
- Organizing search project meetings
- Conduct sourcing
- Organizing interviews between consultants and candidates
- Assist consultants in project management
- Oversee project completion / data records
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources
- 1-2 years of work experience
Required Skills
- Fluency in both written and oral English and Greek
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
