About the Role

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant / Researcher (with at least 1-2 years of prior Human Resources related experience) to join our office based in Marousi. In addition to standard office administrative duties, the Administrative Assistant / Researcher will participate in the support of commercial activities and in the execution of various executive search assignments.

Responsibilities

  • Collecting internal and external information for external research
  • Preparing & attending assignment launch meetings
  • Researching target companies
  • Identifying and approaching prospective candidates
  • Organizing search project meetings
  • Conduct sourcing
  • Organizing interviews between consultants and candidates
  • Assist consultants in project management
  • Oversee project completion / data records

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources
  • 1-2 years of work experience
