is currently seeking an
Administration Assistant
to join our team at our office in Marousi, Athens.

This is a full-time job.

Job overview:

The Administration Assistant supports employees, either as part of a team or individually. He/she may be assigned and participate in Company projects, playing a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of activities and efficient administrative support.

Main responsibilities:

  • Creates and maintains filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Produces documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations, as requested
  • Creates and updates records ensuring the accuracy and validity of information
  • Supports tasks in data management procedures relating to specific or multiple projects
  • Complies with the Company's Quality and Information Security Management Systems and applicable national and international legislation, including legislation for data protection
  • Provides support to departments such as HR, Finance, and other teams as needed

Job Requirements:

  • University Graduate or Equivalent
  • Previous relevant experience is desirable.
  • Desirable: Awareness of GCP
  • Excellent command of English, both oral and written
  • Computer skills including good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Team player with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
