Team & Communications assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and calls.
- Assist with the planning and execution of internal and external events, from logistics and invitations to on-site support.
- Support the firm's digital presence through light content preparation, social media posting, and coordination with external partners.
- Help with document formatting and assist with document management services.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and event venues as required.
- Assist in marketing or communication initiatives, ensuring consistency with the firm's branding and values.
- Managing and organising correspondence, including emails, mail, and courier deliveries.
- Handling calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Assisting lawyers with administrative tasks as required.
Reporting:
You will be reporting to our
Office Manager.
Qualifications
- You are proficient in written and spoken Greek and English. You have at least 3 years of prior experience in a similar position (university degree will be considered an asset).
- You have excellent computer skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- You have strong multitasking and organisational skills.
