What You'll Be Doing (besides scrolling for "research")

  • Managing and growing the social media presence of
    multinational clients
    with style and purpose
  • Crafting content that's clever, strategic, and
    actually
    worth engaging with
  • Jumping into comment sections, DM threads, and hashtags like a digital diplomat
  • Spotting trends before your cousin sends them to the family group chat
  • Working closely with creatives to bring campaigns to life across platforms
  • Helping brands sound human—unless the brief is to sound like a golden retriever, then you do that too

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years
    of experience in community management or social media
  • A sharp brain for strategy and a quick hand for captions
  • Communication skills strong enough to tame a rogue comments section
  • Deep knowledge of social platforms, from Meta to TikTok—and what actually works where
  • A natural at building online communities, not just broadcasting to them
  • A pulse on digital culture and a strong stomach for algorithm changes
  • Bonus points if you can explain a meme and a KPI in the same sentence
