We are looking for a motivated
and organized
Deputy Crew Manager

to assist our Crew Manager in overseeing the daily supervision, coordination, and performance of our operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Crew Manager in day-to-day operations and team oversight
• Ensure smooth, efficient, and safe crew operations at all times
• Maintain and promote high safety and operational standards
• Motivate, guide, and support team members to meet performance goals
• Foster a positive and productive team environment aligned with our organizational values

Requirements

• Minimum
  3 years of experience

in a similar operational or supervisory role
- Proven leadership and team coordination abilities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
