Account Manager

building

You will:

• Communicate with clients

accurately & efficiently to fulfill their needs, secure both new & existing clients, and build
long-lasting relationships.
- Design & implement
digital strategy

according to client's business goals and provide them clear explanations of campaign performance metrics.
- Supervise the utilization of the client's digital touchpoints (websites, apps, expression forms of interest, etc.)
- Manage accounts with multiple campaigns, teams, and departments
- Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring that spending aligns with campaign objectives.
- Act as a liaison with external stakeholders and partners
- Develop and present innovative social & digital media strategies.
- Formulate the
communication plan

(Social Media, Branded Content, Digital Media, etc.)
- Set up, monitor, and optimize
digital marketing campaigns

for different platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) and ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget constraints.
- Be able to achieve
targets and weekly performance KPIs

and be accountable for the achievement of KPIs & tracking them per account
- Be responsible for the monthly
reporting

in terms of creation, analysis, and suggestions for further improvement
- Coordinate

team members' activities with peak efficiency to translate clients' objectives
into actionable digital marketing plans.
- Provide
guidance, support, and training

to foster professional growth within the team.

You have:

• Proven Experience

in handling accounts with credibility and confidence for
at least 3 years

within an advertising/marketing agency
(agency experience essential for this role)
- Hands-on experience

with the following
will be considered a plus

: Meta / Google / TikTok / LinkedIn Ads, etc., Google / Adobe Analytics, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), content strategy, and e-commerce.
- Proficiency in Greek & English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace tools (docs, spreadsheets, presentations)
- Strong knowledge

of the digital marketing industry, trends, and new developments
- A university degree in
Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Science/ Mathematics,

or a relevant field of economics/ science will be considered an asset (optional)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proven previous experience in
overseeing results
- Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business
- Very good
