Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant located in Marousi. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing diaries, handling clerical tasks, and ensuring effective communication. Day-to-day tasks will include scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, preparing reports, and maintaining records. The role requires a highly organized individual capable of multi-tasking and delivering efficient support to executives.

Qualifications

  • Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Effective Communication and Diary Management abilities
  • Strong Clerical Skills, including proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
