Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the executive's schedule, including coordinating and sending meeting invites, handling correspondence by responding to emails, and preparing presentations, reports, and organizing surveys. The role also involves providing day-to-day administrative and executive support to ensure effective communication, smooth operations, and efficient scheduling.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, Forms, Outlook and Powerpoint
  • Scheduling and Calendar Management skills
  • Experience in managing correspondence and responding to emails, knowledge of business writing in English and Greek
  • Executive and Administrative Support experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with positive personality
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
