Infinity Asset Management is an independent wealth and asset management firm based in Athens, Greece, licensed by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission. We specialize in long-term capital preservation and performance for high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals, families, and institutions. Our comprehensive services include discretionary and advisory portfolio management, multi-family office services, structured products, alternative strategies, and legacy planning. Our technology-driven approach features a fully integrated Portfolio Management System that offers real-time performance reporting and advanced analytics, ensuring clients receive personalized, transparent, and expertise-driven financial guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client requests, account openings, and documentation.
  • Liaise with custodians, banks, and brokers to ensure smooth execution of client instructions.
  • Support Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers in day-to-day client servicing.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (MiFID II, AML, CRS, etc.).
  • Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and client review meetings.
  • Transmission of orders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 1–3 years' experience in client services, wealth management, private banking, or financial services.
  • Possession of HCMC A1 & A2 certifications (Investment Services / Financial Instruments) is mandatory in order to be considered.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM/PMS systems is a plus.
