Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Accountant located in Athens. The Associate Accountant will be responsible for handling daily financial transactions, maintaining accounting records, preparing financial statements, and assisting with budget planning. Additionally, this role involves performing reconciliations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and supporting the senior accounting team with various tasks.

Qualifications

  • Financial transactions, accounting records, and preparing financial statements skills
  • Experience in budget planning and performing reconciliations
  • Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations compliance
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is a plus
