The Role
The role reports to the Accounting Supervisor, is part of the accounting team and will handle the accounts payable & receivable, liaising with credit department in our Finance Function.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Conduct daily monitoring of all bank transactions and liaise with banking institutions as required
• Perform reconciliation of bank statements, checks, and cash transactions
• Execute payment entries
• Maintain accurate account reconciliations with suppliers
• Prepare and check monthly expenses and expense reports
• Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, entering transactions
• Correspondence with auditors & support annual audit

What You'll Need

• University Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 2-4 years working experience within an organised accounting department of a multinational company
• Increased sense of urgency, ability to maintain deadlines, coordinate & prioritize multiple assignments
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently & display ownership
• Analytical skills, detail orientation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Advanced Computer literacy (Ms Office) & Accounting related s/w (SAP knowledge is highly desirable)
