Role Summary:

The successful candidate will serve the major financial accounting areas, including the accounts payable desk, general ledger accounting, account reconciliation, processing and recording transactions, preparing reports and budgets, fact-checking and filing.

Your Role:

·       Monthly closing procedures, analyzing and reviewing financial results and uploading information to the Group's reporting system.

·       Reviewing M&A's information in accounting software and assist in integrating them in Howden's softwares.

·       Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets for the company when required.

·       Reconciliation of balances, preparation and review of entries.

·       Tax Statements preparation and submission and reviewing mydata entries.

·       Preparation of ad-hoc reports for the management.

·       Bookkeeping and ensuring the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.

·       Scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information for auditors as requested and in a timely manner.

·       Protecting organization's value by keeping information confidential.

·       Seek updates on the new tax-accounting regulations.

Requirements

What you bring:
