NICOLAS KANELLOPOULOS- CHARA ZERVA & ASSOCIATES LAW FIRM is seeking an Associate to join its innovative-thinking
Corporate and M&A & Banking and Finance team.

As an Associate you will work on a broad range of legal and corporate matters. You will be responsible for providing legal advice to our clients and provide support on a wide range of corporate, compliance and banking matters, such as corporate governance, commercial activities, regulatory compliance, financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, bond loan agreements, sale & lease back, factoring, etc,

In your role, you will work as a member of our Corporate and M&A & Banking and Finance team in providing corporate, compliance and financial services, as well as providing legal advice and opinion on commercial activities, daily corporate matters and legal entities' operation, by demonstrating personal accountability, team spirit and client relationship-building skills.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • Qualified as an attorney-at-law in Greece
  • 2-5 years
    working experience as a lawyer in Corporate and/or Banking law
  • A Master of Law (LL.M.) from an upper tier University in Greece or abroad
  • Managerial organizational skills, teamwork spirit, analytical skills, proactiveness, interaction with clients and Regulatory Bodies.
  • Excellent English language communication skills (any additional language will be considered as an asset.)
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong recommendations will be considered accordingly.
