As a
Client Associate
you will be providing administrative support on all areas of client service delivery, working in partnership with the relevant Client Partner to provide outstanding customer service.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Client Associate
to join our Health Solutions team. This role plays a key part in supporting the day-to-day servicing of clients and ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of our commitments.

As a
Client Associate
, you will work closely with Client Partners and other internal stakeholders to assist with administrative and operational tasks, maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services that align with Aon's standards of excellence.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy providing support in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, and who demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for clients and insurance companies, handling queries professionally via phone and email
  • Prepare, process, and track insurance applications and supporting documentation
  • Organize and manage client information in both digital and physical formats
  • Maintain and update internal tracking and monitoring systems with accurate data
  • Assist in the preparation of client reports, presentations, and insurance contract reviews
  • Support policy and procedural compliance across documentation and processes
  • Participate in and support a variety of internal or client-facing projects as required

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous working experience in the Insurance industry is required
  • University degree
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
