Investment Banking advisory firm is hiring for the position of "Associate"

ALPHACAP is an independent M&A advisory firm focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions, capital raisings and financial restructurings with particular focus in Greece, Cyprus and the SEE region.

ALPHACAP is a dynamic and fast-growing company that was founded by seasoned and experienced partners with a successful transaction track record across Europe and a strong deal pipeline.

ALPHACAP is looking for a full-time Associate who will work directly with the Managing Partner and other members of the team.

Key Responsibilities

·      Perform valuation analysis and build financial models

·      Prepare presentations and pitch book materials

·      Assist with ongoing mandates

·      Attend internal team meetings and external client meetings

Qualifications and Requirements

·      Fluency in English and Greek

·      Bachelor or Master's degree in finance, economics, accounting, banking, business administration or related discipline

·      High level of independence and self-motivation

·      Proven team player with the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities

·      Strong quantitative, financial and analytical skills

·      Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power-point, Word)

·      Results-driven and able to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines

·      Commitment to excellence with high professional and ethical standards

·      Willingness to work remotely and travel internationally

·      Previous work experience within investment or corporate banking would be a plus
