Your Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Effectively address inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
- Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor during all interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions for service improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training to keep abreast of products and industry trends.
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to customer service and helping others.
- Previous experience in customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
