Your Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Ensure accurate and efficient documentation of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide the best possible assistance to customers.
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is required.
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
