Your Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inquiries regarding logistics operations, shipment tracking, and service offerings efficiently.
- Provide accurate and timely information to ensure customer satisfaction and support smooth logistics processes.
- Log and maintain records of customer interactions for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with logistics team members to optimize service delivery and resolve any customer issues.

- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is mandatory; knowledge of English is a plus.
