Your Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to media services and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor in every interaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately for service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engage in continuous training to stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A genuine passion for customer service and helping others.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
