Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Norwegian Speaking Customer Service role in the Transportation industry with WAHA, located in picturesque Greece This position is perfect for individuals who are fluent in Norwegian and passionate about providing excellent service in the dynamic transportation sector. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting Norwegian-speaking clients, ensuring that their transportation needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to transportation services promptly.
- Educate clients about available services and solutions to enhance their experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately to maintain service quality.
- Collaborate with transportation team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Engage in training initiatives to continuously improve knowledge and skills in the transportation sector.
- Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong background in customer service, preferably in the transportation or logistics sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients.
- Ability to problem-solve and work under pressure to meet customer needs.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work independently in a remote or office-based environment.
- Willingness to embrace a new culture and live in Greece.
