Your Responsibilities- Assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries related to automotive products and services.
- Provide information, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate communication between clients and the company.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer support.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed support.
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry is an advantage.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece, with support provided through a relocation package.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
