Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through multiple channels.
  • Assist users with inquiries about online media services, effectively troubleshooting any challenges they face.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of complex issues.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
  • Keep up-to-date with product information and industry developments to provide accurate guidance and support.
  • Foster strong client relationships by understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric focus.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive attitude towards addressing client needs.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse in a new culture.
