Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Finnish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to transportation services with professionalism.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate information.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions for service quality and improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery and enhance client experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on transportation industry practices.
- Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, particularly within the transportation industry.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented approach.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
