Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding home appliances, helping them navigate features and troubleshooting issues.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure quality service.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training to remain updated on product offerings and industry standards.
- Fluency in Finnish (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stipulated in your application.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or the home appliances sector is a plus but not mandatory.
