You will assist Italian-speaking customers with their inquiries related to home appliances, ensuring they receive the support and information they need for a seamless experience. Your Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries about home appliance products, services, and troubleshooting.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing product training to stay informed about new appliances and technologies.
- Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential.
- Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong dedication to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in home appliances or a related field, is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and products.
