Your Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about home appliances, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Document customer interactions meticulously in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Prior experience in customer support or knowledge of home appliances is a plus but not mandatory.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
