Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, and platform navigation, resolving issues promptly.
- Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service objectives and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training to ensure knowledge of platform updates and industry trends.
- Fluency in Finnish (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stipulated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong commitment to delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
- Previous experience in customer support or e-commerce is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
