Your Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional technical support to Finnish-speaking customers in the IT sector.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Provide guidance on the best practices for using IT products and services.
- Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and technical resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and address common customer concerns.
- Participate in training opportunities to stay abreast of new technologies and product developments.
- Fluency in Finnish (both spoken and written) is required.
- Technical proficiency and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
- Previous experience in tech support or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and enjoy the local culture.
