Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional technical support to Danish-speaking customers in the Information Technology sector.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently while ensuring a positive service experience.
- Assist clients in navigating and optimizing the use of technology products and services.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and technical solutions provided.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve service and efficiency.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest technological developments.
- Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong technical knowledge with a knack for solving problems.
- Customer service experience, especially in a technical support role, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and appreciate a new cultural experience.
