Your Key Responsibilities- Offer outstanding remote support to Danish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Quickly troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues.
- Guide clients through product features, ensuring they are informed and satisfied.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly for quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance overall service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training to further develop your skills and expertise.
- Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) is required. Please ensure that your native language and nationality is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Technical proficiency with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Prior experience in remote support or customer service is a plus but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- A dedication to providing a positive customer experience and building relationships.
