Requirements- Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required.
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Experience in customer service or knowledge of the tobacco industry is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with the included relocation package.
- Familiarity with customer service software and technology is advantageous.
