In this role, you will assist Swedish-speaking clients by providing support and solutions related to healthcare services. Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Swedish-speaking clients in the healthcare sector.
- Address inquiries and offer accurate information regarding healthcare services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions for quality assurance and service improvement.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer experience and meet service goals.
- Contribute to ongoing training and development initiatives.
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is required.
- A strong desire to provide excellent customer service.
- Prior experience in customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new culture.
